How long are the sessions?Typically sessions run 45 minutes to one hour in length depending upon the type of therapy.

How long does therapy take? Some issues may take longer than others to resolve. Therapy is so individualized it is difficult to predict a certain amount of sessions.

Are my files confidential?
Yes! Files are kept in a locked filing cabinet in my office. A signed release is needed before your information can be discussed with anyone else.

What should I bring to my first session?
Please bring a copy of your insurance card and an ID (Driver's License). If you have a co-payment, that is due at the end of the session.

How do I pay for my sessions?Credit cards, cash, and checks are accepted forms of payment.
